Ended up low in iron taking other curcumin hydrocurc does not deplete iron. Hydrocurc is fantastic for my arthritis l am very pleased with this product it is also highly absorbable. l would recommend for any one with arthritis my partner is now taking it for bursitis. Jo Davis
