After about 5 days it reduced my appetite. I ordered a second one but still didn’t finish the first one. Will take 1.5 I think and then stop for sometime. I gave this a try switching from the regular CollagenUp for the extra protein, Aminos, and fiber. I mix it in my smoothie and it is unnoticeable. I tried it with straight water and it turns the water the color of grape kool-aid and it does have a mild aftertaste. I recommend mixing it with coffee, tea, or your smoothie.

I m not sure it really works for me. I don’t really suffer from digestive issues so when I added this to my probiotic routine, as an effect, it increased a lot the times that I need to use the toilet, even excessively. So I have to control the times I really want to use it. The color purple is a surprise, taste is bearable though at times I prefer to mix it with milk to get it

What I like about this is that it doesn’t really have any kind of flavor and the bag is lasting me a long time because you don’t need to put a lot in your shake or smoothie or water however you drink it. I definitely would purchase this again.
