Seems to be good quality with nice ingredients larger size supplement. It does have a taste. I followed the recommended dosage and I do think there is a benefit. I bought this too increase my progesterone after getting off hormonal birth control still waiting for results but I’ve been happy taking it.

I purchased these after local stores stopped carrying black cohosh. I'm happy I found these at iHerb--and for a decent price. The package is nicely-sized at 100 doses (or pills--I only take one at a time myself). The ingredients seem to be good quality and there is no aftertaste. I find benefit in them for (hopefully) reducing menopause-related symptoms, such as night sweats.
