I benefited from these ingredients from the first try. I felt no hunger(i tried it while fasting) and more energy. The mains i bought this for were 5-htp and green tea, the rest is a great plus.
fund this product with special price, so just buy it and try if it has effect
Trying to optimize my health. Love that the ingredients are top quality. Have repurchased several times.
It works great and cut my craving. Highly recommended . I’ve noticed the difference after two weeks
The quality of ingredients were good, as for the sizing, and dosage. However I didn’t see much benefit whilst taking these and prefer their other products, in fact I wouldn’t purchase them again but I still found it to be decent quality and might work for other people.
Just started using it. Can't say much at the moment but will definitely keep track on the progress for future reviews.
HUM Nutrition – Skinny Bird may have some appetite control effect but still it is a mild effect. It contains 5-HTP + chromium that may help some users reduce cravings.
Ingredient looks safe. I hve not used so cannot say anything about the quality. Size is small and dosage is reasonable. But with caffeine I think it wont benefit if you take in late afternoon
Amazing product the size is good and it works wonders! The quality is also great!!
Not sure it good or not but hope this will help me
