Tasted fresh! The quality is superb! I already drunk around 12 cups for 4 days, or at a frequency of 3 cups a day, and I felt its benefits-more energized and light, slept in relaxed breathing, had much vigor upon waking that it makes me move around a lot. I boiled 3L of water, then poured 5 spoonfuls of hawthorn leaves in the boiling water, covered the pot, and waited for 14minutes. then turned the fire off, opened the cap, and immediately filtered/poured the infusion into a container, then I enjoyed sipping it three (3) times a day, and it is just so great!This tea is now one of my favorite!

My husband and I are 60 this year . We use this daily in our tea to benefit heart health . Very happy when IHerb starts carrying this brand . The packaging is lightweight, and reflective to protect the quality of leaves. We usually pour it into a tea tin to keep it fresh after opening. It it organic and taste great. We use it in place of caffeine everyday.

Just opened first bag today. Very fresh and fragrant. Buying in bulk makes more sense if using product multiple times daily. Economical. Easy to use. Effective personally for my hypertension. Tastes like tea in individual bags. Organic.

It does have the characteristic smell and taste of the hawthorn . I have no doubt that it is hawthorn. I use it as tea but haven't noticed much change so probably try to tincture. Shame the package doesn't have the zip lock

With infusions, each serving takes 1oz herb per 1 quart of water, so the size of this bag makes 16 infusions. Naturally caffeine-free. Single ingredient. Can be used alone as an nourishing infusion or blended with other herbs in a tea.

Makes delicious tea! It has a mild. sweet, fruity flavor. Sometimes I blend it with oatstraw, but it is also good all by itself. A great calming tea that I enjoy any time of day. I got it because Hawthorn is sometimes called an adaptogen for the heart, and it is considered to be a very safe herb for most people.

I make tea with this at night to help with high blood pressure. It steeps really well and is a lot quicker than the berry's. Tastes just as good IMO!

I use this daily as a tea for managing my blood pressure as part of a diet and exercise regimen to control and manage my blood pressure.

I bought this tea for the health benefits. I've purchased a few different teas from Frontier Co-op and I have not been disappointed. All of the teas have a refreshing flavor. I will buy again.
