I used this product during my parasite cleanse. The size was easy to swallow. I did nit have gave any after taste after taking the capsule. I love the quality of products from iherb.
See Pic and decide for yourself. Kroeger brand is less than 1/2 the price with significantly higher quality; darker and more potent. I tested and tasted for myself. Never buying Wild Harvest again. I'll buy ground cloves at Sprouts and put into empty capsules myself, before I pay for poor quality, overcharged "Organic".

I take Oregon's Wild Harvest Cloves during dinner. The 500 mg capsules are easy to swallow and have a nice, mild clove aroma and taste. I notice better digestion and an overall sense of well-being. I recommend it to anyone looking for a natural, high-quality clove supplement.
An amazing and clean product. Very high quality and great dose. I love how cloves are staffed with polyphenols and they also help with insulin spikes. I take it every single evening with meal. Either a supplement or the real thing (or spice).

This one is legit! There are several other clove supplements out there that are cheaper but who knows where they come from? These are great. I get the same natural effect for aches and pains as I would from straight clove (which I’ve tried and do not appreciate the strong taste!)
I only been using for 30 days, and feeling better. I work out all the time and it relieves muscle soreness.
