I take this for completeness. I read taking seed il will benefit my hair, heart, skin, etc. No after taste, dosage and size is just right amount. Will keep using it.

I try to find cold pressed black seed oil, but finances are making that impossible now. I probably got this during a good sale. This seems ok, but it's a very difficult thing to know whether or not it's actually helping for what I need. I do like that iHerb provides a number of different brands to select from.
