I must admit the one and only 1st taste through me off, all I get is spicy peppery aftertaste. The cayenne was over powering for sure. I'm defiantly not going to try it again. The company needs to get rid of cayenne in this. wish I could return it.

Expire date is 01/28 but product looks and smells incredibly old. I took 1 teaspoon and felt off. Brain fog and got slightly bloated. Something not right with this product. Quality is lacking. Taste is off. Doesn't seem health wise. Improvement? Maybe if it was more fresh.
