I have been using BodyTech Critical Aminos XT for over a year now, and it works very well for me. I primarily consume it during my workouts which helps sustain my energy levels and improves muscle performance. My weekly workouts consist of 45 minute spin classes, 45 minute HIIT classes and strength training. I use a double dose for spin and HIIT, for they are more intense and it helps me push harder to obtain better results. I highly recommend it for intense workouts.

I take it every day, feel a surge of energy, and it's sooo delicious! I pour it into a large glass with ice, and it's better than a love cocktail! I highly recommend it! The quality is excellent!
