Took this liposomal vitamin C liquid during flu season and dodged the office plague. The citrus cream flavor is oddly pleasant. I hold it under my tongue for 30 seconds. The bottle has a measured dropper.

I took two a day and within a week noticed a strong improvement in focus and energy. Every once in a while when I’m no longer taking these I will notice difficulty focusing and concentrating and the sensation that I’m trying to plod through concrete to get routine tasks done.
