I am pleased with these softgels as no only are they effective, they are soft on the stomach. I have noticed that my skin has improved in texture and fewer severe breakouts. The coating has a slightly sweet taste which I like as it doesn't taste bitter or have an aftertaste. The dosage is perfect as I still the benefits without overdosing or having side effects. Additionally, the size of the softgels is easy to swallow and I can feel that these were made with quality ingredients in mind. I would recommend.
