I have thyroid problems and this supplement helped me so much. This green package is like a boost and you shouldn't take it more that just month or two. Blue one is to keep your thyroid healthy, and you can take that one on a daily basis. The ingredients are very good quality.

I use this in conjunction with Christopher's Thyroid Maintenance Formula. This one contains Guarana so I consider it my morning supplement. Surprizingly it doesn't make me feel wired at all, and I get jittery from a few sips of coffee. It gives me energy and helps me maintain a healthy weight.
