Vitacost was my go to brand but when iHerb acquired them, they don't have an equivalent house brand to the men's 50+ vitamin. This seems to fit the bill and at a good price. One of the best ways to tell if it's good quality is if they use methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin and this one does. This offers good all around support for all biological male Gen X'ers and even millennials if they have all their male parts left. I am unable to comment on zoomer males safely taking such a potent male concoction of testosterone boosting ingredients or it even being effective at maintaining maleness.
