I often use smoked oysters and sardines over cooked potatoes or salad greens for a quick meal, or I eat them straight out of the can for a keto snack. I bought this for some additional variety. The salmon itself is good enough, good taste and texture, but I think I would have liked it better if it didn't have the lemon flavoring in the oil. I bought 2 cans, will eat them, but would look for an unflavored variety next time.

Wow I like how quality this looks. Honestly I’ve not tasted salmon in a can but I think this should have a nice flavor with olive oil and lemon. Trying to maintain a healthier diet and thought I could benefit from this. Good size and easy to use for whipping up a meal for one.
