I thought all pine nuts were sourced from places that I would prefer not to purchase from until I saw these! I was so happy and surprised when I saw they were from Italy. What a wonderful addition when I make my pesto, thank you iHerb for offering them.
they are a bit expensive, if you use them a lot, there are other options, but Italian made-so much more taste, and toast perfectly! Maybe for special desserts or toppings

Pine nuts have very peculiar taste - hard to resist. It' important that they are fresh because fats in them oxidize quickly. But these didn't last long - the bags are fairly small. Seemed to be quite fresh but expensive. Love that they are Italian and organic!
