A very nice sweet treat if u like coconut ! I love putting it in the freezer to harden it a bit. I love it to be chewier. U can few the dedicated coconut flakes in this bar. This bar is not cheap but if you prefer low sugar and carbs it’s a nice choice . Yet the sugar may cause bloating. So don’t over eat . It’s already repurchased for many times .
