I absolutely love the Bach Flower Remedies! I have been using them for years! Olive is great to have on hand when feeling sleep deprived! I personally prefer the alcohol version based on taste and consistency, since I don’t dilute them in water, but I love that they have this non-alcoholic version!
Love ALL Bach flower remedies, you have to make sure to choose the right one for yourself though and the frequency etc. try using muscle testing to do this.
The healer had told me that my guides had particularly recommended Olive of course alcohol free. She also nearly apologized for recommending it but my guides had said that I needed it. for the last few years I've struggled with physical and mental exhaustion. exactly as what is indicated for Olive. in the first few days of taking this i actually felt more tired as i tried to get through my day. then i realised, that the olive could be some kind of regulator so that i don't take things beyond exhaustion (as i often do and crash out). olive kind of remind me, ok that was great work but you have to actually rest , don't you feel like rest? so make time for that... olive is made from, suprise - olive. so could I get similar benefit eating olive or using olive products? that might be interesting to see?

I have Me CFS so I deal when exhaustion. I’ve tried a few different ones and so decided to get a few more to add to my collection. I think if I see big changes I will definitely write a bigger review. For now I trust the product and happy to get it on sale !
