probably good for average morning sickness but a lot of waste if you're more severe throwing them all up. Comforting to have on hand. I also like to keep lemon oil in a tissue on me as that has a similar (cheaper) effect.
The pills did not make a difference for me but the lozenges worked pretty well. I did not like the electrolyte pack because it has artificial sweeteners which I do not like.
