I’ve been trying to find a good non-melatonin sleep aid to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. This product has an aftertaste I have to get used to, but I drink some water afterwards and it disappears. I still wake up once in the middle of the night but it’s probably because of pre-menopause. With these gummies, I get tired fast and fall asleep quickly.
Helps me a little bit to sleep, don't know if it's placebo, good tasting and nice to chew, no bovine gelatin which is awesome, but there's too much B6, at that dose you're close to being at a dangerous dosage, especially if you also take multivitamins
