I bought this for hair growth or to decrease shedding, and I think I've seen an improvement over the past almost two months. I chose this because I wanted to avoid gelatin capsules and preferred an organic option. This checks all the boxes. I've also taken it with me for some travel. I just take the amount on the box/serving size every morning along with my usual morning meds and tea.

I started taking this for hormonal hair loss, and I think it’s actually helping! I have some new growth and my shedding has decreased significantly. It’s easy to take, I usually just add it to my greens shake in the morning, but I’ve also just taking it straight, chased with some water, no problem there either. Quality seems great. The taste is not strong and easy to ingest. It is a high quality product. At the top of my list.

super easy to use. just drop it straight from the bottle into your mouth and off you go. I prefer this format as opposed to pills. it's supposed to be good for hair and skin. haven't seen any benefit yet. the bottle is super tiny tho so that's annoying. highly recommend it tho.
