This definitely works for sleep, but 5 mg is a fairly high dosage and can cause morning grogginess for some people. For simple sleep regulation or circadian support, much lower doses (around 1 mg) are usually enough. I picked this up as a try-it product because the price was great. The tablets are small size, easy to chew, and the orange taste is actually pleasant. It does the job and I’ll use it when needed, but the dose is a bit higher than what I’d consider optimal for regular use.

So many of these bedtime chewables are in fruity flavors. It's such a miss. We've brushed our teeth, we're in bed...the right flavor to use is any kind of mint or cinnamon. The taste bothers me, that's why I docked a star.

I got a trial bottle. Not sure if it did anything for me. A longer time of consistent consumption would be needed to know for sure.

I purchased another 1mg grape flavor before and I really liked that. This time I wanted to try 5mg for the first time. Taste good. Orange is less kids-like taste, no strong scent like grape. To be honest, all melatonin works same for me but it’s the matter of the form. I don’t like too much powdery tablet. This brand is just perfect size and texture and flavor. Sample trial size only contains 10. I would purchase the full size next time.
