I noticed a brown line forming on my nails after taking the recommended three tablets day. I think it has to do with the vitamin e levels or maybe my change in diet. at any case. I suppose I am not active enough for this amount of vitamins. I purchased Deva women's multivitamin and am taking that one now. The brown lines have not left yet but they will go away if don't take too many vitamins I think, provided my diet is adequate.
