The taste at first is a little hard to take, I recommend having a drink on hand to take afterwards. The quality is good, I’m taking it for fertility as TTC. The ingredients seem good, the size 5ml is next to nothing to take per day making it easier to swallow. Folic acids are important to take when TTC. Hopefully I see my energy levels improve. This is a great Iron supplement. The size is large and the quality is high. Since taking it, my energy levels have increased, my nervous system has calmed, and my metabolism is undisturbed. The potency of this product is very effective for those looking to balance their iron levels. Tastes like licorice with somewhat of an after taste. Not too bad on its own.
