Plant Calcium, Bone Strength Take Care™, 60 Vegan Slim Tablets

I’ve been using this supplement as part of my wellness routine and it’s become a staple. Quality is great, packaging is secure, and I feel a noticeable difference in my energy, focus, and overall well-being. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to support their health naturally.

There are two things I especially like about this product. The first is the calcium is plant-based, which I understand to be more easily absorbed by the body. The second is the size of the tablets. While I don’t have issues swallowing pills, many calcium supplements are huge. These are are smaller, making them much easier to swallow.

I believe this is a good product. I was taking another supplement but switched to this one. It's got the calcium, D3, K1, K2, Magnesium, Strontium & Vanadium. I guess we'll find out how good it is along with how hard I've been working to keep my bones strong in October when I have my next DEXA scan.

An excellent supplement that combines effectiveness, quality, and thoughtfully selected ingredients. The calcium is plant-derived from algae, not synthetic sources, and comes with naturally occurring magnesium and trace minerals that support absorption. It is further complemented by Vitamins D3 and K2 to help ensure calcium is properly utilised for bone health. The formulation is clean, vegan, and free from unnecessary additives, with consistent quality across batches. It is gentle on the system, easy to incorporate into a daily routine, and inspires confidence as a reliable, well-made product. Highly recommended.

This is great quality. I can feel the difference from other calcium tablets I'm taking. This plant calcium is different.

I bought these because the ingredient list is really great, especially for a calcium supplement. I don’t take the full dose, just one tablet to help give me a little boost to my daily calcium intake, especially at my age. The quality of New Chapter is always superior, in my opinion, they are one of my favorite brands.

Both my mother and myself use this supplement. My mother actually gets nervous when she runs low, as she is adamant that it helps alleviate any feel of deep bone pain.

Been looking for calcium from plants, much better for your body then hard minerals. This calcium is great. It comes in a slim tablet. that’s easy to take and you only need three tablets. My husband and I both use it. So glad to find this after trying many brands.

I like plant source calcium. This has all the co-factors that help with absorption. My only 'complaint' is that there are typically several tabs that have broken apart in the bottle. It doesn't keep me from buying it however. I take 2 halves to use up the broken tablets:)

I was going to give this item 4 stars, only because the price is so high. 120 tablets is just a 40 day supply. I try to eat some yogurt or cheese during the day for extra calcium and to make the bottle last longer. However, I'll give it 5 stars because of the result of my last bone scan, which was better than the one I had in 2023. I've been taking this supplement for about a year, so I have to believe it contributed to my improved score. I still have osteoporosis, but any improvement is encouraging. I also take magnesium separately at night, because there's not much in this formula. I assume it's because magnesium and calcium compete for absorption in the body. I always have a lot of trouble swallowing, and this thinner tablet is easier to swallow than most calcium pills, although it's not small. In summary, I recommend New Chapter for people desiring a calcium supplement.
