First time to try this. It works most of the time. Helps me put to sleep. I have insomnia. Before, when I woke up in the middle of the night, I wasn’t able to go to sleep fast. With this, my sleep is not interrupted. So far so good. Hope it stays that way.

One of the best herbal calming agents I've tried. Works quickly when you need to calm down. And OK to use in the daytime if your mind is racing. Highly recommend. Not as tasty as the pastilles, but that is ok . Spray is easier to use than dropper bottle.

With 2-3 sprays 30 minutes before bedtime i wind down those busy thoughts and this helps relax me and its easier to sleep!...and sleep good all night. No drowsiness if up at night get back to sleep easily and wake in the morning refreshed! Love it. It will relax those busy thoughts that keep you awake

Thought I would give this a try and I think it does help with sleep, but the effect is subtle. I have used many other things like melatonin, benadryl which can leave you groggy, I have used magnesium which doesnt seem to help that much either. I think this helps quiet the mind. Sometimes i use it twice at night.
