Great product, nice size package for the cost very reasonable. They were fresh, had a great taste. I use it on my salad, I put them in my yogurt. Great little snack that is healthy. I feel the quality is high, and fresh , love the pumpkin seeds adds more health benefits. I would recommend this product and I will continue to buy them.

These sunflower and pumpkin seeds are truly excellent. Perfectly roasted, lightly salted, and very fresh — you can really taste the quality. Great balance of crunch and flavor, with no bitterness or excess salt. This mix is dangerously addictive 😄 I love snacking on it straight from the bag or adding it to salads and bowls. One of the best seed mixes I’ve tried — will definitely repurchase.

It was a great addition to my morning yogurt, adding fiber to my meal first thing in the morning. The seeds taste crispy and fresh, and gives my yogurt a nice crunch.
The taste of these 2 together is so yummy!! Simple and easy to read label, and the amount in the bag is great. To mean you'll eat'em gone before they get "stale". The bag is easy to open and close, and the ingredients are top quality, being organic. They're great in yogurt and applesauce and put with melted chocolate to make a bark.
