I have to take large quantities of calcium daily and the powder form is really easy to take. It arrived as ordered in great shape and on time as noted. Also I like the fact that it is not flavoured and the quality is great. There is no taste and there are no other ingredients in the calcium citrate and no preservatives!

I was advised to take Calcium Citrate to help manage my Oxylate levels. I take 1/3 of a scoop with combination of electrolytes minerals in water before high oxylate meals. good value size pack and tastes very mild. Doesn't fully dissolve and leaves some grit in bottom of glass, although my latest pack seems to be ground much finer than previous package. seems to be pharma grade quality supplement

Greatly benefit bones + as a bonus citrate binds oxalates protecting you from forming stones.
