This product helps beat the loss of muscle, particularly in women, as one gets older. I add 3/4 spoonful in half a glass of warm water on an empty stomach each morning and would not go without it now. I am a female over 65 who is still working to save up money for retirement.

Nice product, good quality, simple ingredients, no bad taste and easy to use.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t get past how bitter it tastes, even when mixed with drinks or food. The ingredient itself seems to be high quality, but HMB is known to be bitter so not much can be done about that. Since I haven’t been able to take it consistently, I can’t speak to its effectiveness.

Great quality and no taste, good size jug and seems to dissolve easily

Taste is quitte bitter, not so pleasant, I take it to help my muscles stay alive, the powder is pure no additives added, I'm not sure about the effect but I trust the product

The research says it's amazing (needs to be taken about a year) for supporting muscles, but the taste is hard to tolerate (for me)...

Results have been good not spectacular but good enough to keep taking it to see if there are some more benefits from longer term use.
