I definitely had to start with one gummy a day and work up from there but I find these tasty and effective! Easy to take at the start of the day and helps my gut and digestion feel more balanced.
Great for travel when you want a tamago sando from 7 11 in Kyoto but that thing is egg, mayo and white bread. My insides are good but when you're on the road, they're not that good!
Ordered to add some fiber to my diet, and to text this kind of product out as a first time user. So far I can say it's a delicious treat that comes is a nice and durable package. I'm not sure about the benefits yet, but it seems to be curbing my hunger and the taste is good. The jury is still out regarding what it actually does to my gut.
