To be honest. I can’t really tell the difference between this probiotic with other brand but I bought it bcos I want to support Dr: Amen for the great work he has done. Love his advice and gentleness.
I've been using these probiotics for a couple of years now. The gut-brain connection is very important, which is why I take them for a healthy gut flora.
I’ve been using this product for perhaps six or eight months now and I’m very pleased with it. I am glad that iHerb carries BrainMD products. I find I am overall happier and feel more healthy when I take a quality probiotic formula, and this one works for me.
I tried another product previously as recommended by my doctor. It was kind of pricey so when I saw this I thought I’d give it a go. Other reviews look promising.
Wonderful probiotic! I will be ordering again! It doesn’t cause any digestive issues it helps relieve them.

Formulated with just two clinically researched probiotic strains—Bifidobacterium longum R0175 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0052—this doctor-developed formula delivers targeted gut-brain support you can actually feel.*
