It has a strong sour taste, very invigorating and refreshing for a workout. Im not sure it does anything to me, but I wanted to try stimulant free nonetheless. Give it a try and see for yourself if it gives you an edge.
I love the taste, it mixes so well, and most importantly it offers a nice boost in energy with no crash! I use it just before working out and I can lift heavier, have more stamina and it helps me not over train! My workout is much more efficient!will buy this again and again!
This is honestly the best non-stim pre-workout I’ve ever had. The Sour Gummy Bear flavor is really good - sweet with a slight sour kick and not overly artificial. It mixes easily with no clumps and feels light to drink. Even without caffeine, it still delivers a solid pump and good endurance during workouts. Perfect option if you want something effective without any jitters.
I liked the size and the packge , ingredients are good and top quality
Good quality,good size , perfect dosage,good benefit,light taste,
This product is high quality as pre-workout and it gives the benefit and results as mentioned. It have good taste but sour and I personally follow the dosage as recommended by the factory. It is good packaging.
Used pre workout, you can feel the pump during the workout, dissolves well, worth the cost

This pre-workout is awesome. It tastes great, is effective, and appears to be good quality. I used to today when I was dragging myself into the gym and still could feel the difference. Will buy again.
This non-stim pre-workout delivers a noticeable pump and focus without the jitters or crash. Perfect for late workouts or caffeine-sensitive users. The sour gummy bear flavor is surprisingly good—not too sweet and mixes well. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish the scoop size was a bit smaller, but overall it’s a great addition to my routine. Results are noticable.
