I have sibo and i finally feel my intestines are moving! dosage: take it 30 minutes before the biggest meals, and also at night if you want. A bit of ginger taste but ok. overall looks great quality.

I found this trying to replace a digestive pill I had and can't find anymore.... now I wish I had find this earlier! it has no taste. the ingredients are from artichoke as the one I had before but for some reason, this one works better top notch quality! I recommend this if you sometimes eat too much.
I decided to give this product a fair try and used it consistently. While the ingredients looked promising, I personally didn't notice as much improvement in my digestion as I had hoped. It may work differently for others, but in my case the effects were quite subtle. The capsules are easy to take and the quality seems good, so I may continue using it a little longer before making a final judgment.

Been taking a single capsule before bed (in my recovery process of methane SIBO), seems to be working quite well to “clean” my gut overnight because when I wake up I feel lighter than I did before I started taking these. They have a pleasant smell of ginger but taste like nothing, easy to swallow, the dosage is nice since you only really need one per day to benefit from it… anyway, would recommend!
I find that this really helps my irritating digestive issues. It has helped my acid reflux quite a bit as I am not reaching for an acid reducer as much as before. I am very happy with this product and all my California Gold products. I like the ingredients in this product and feel confident in this company's formulations. Quality is outstanding.
