Quality is outstanding! Ingredients as well. The size is perfect as well as the composition. My husband LOVES this bar. I couldn't finish my bite of it... LoL it is quite bitter and so dry. He loves chocolate like this and he's the reason I got the bar. Baking with it would be outstanding but he wouldn't share for me to test that out LoL But will order more and use for times when I want to enhance my brownies.

This is a very good product; as far as I know this is the only ORGANIC NO-SUGAR chocolate bar. Rather expensive at the full retail price, so I recommend that you wait for one of the times when there's a large discount on it and buy an 8-12 month supply then.

This is my favorite healthy candy treat to have just a couple of squares after eating dinner as dark chocolate is really good to add on a diet. the size package is perfect. it has a great taste and smell and the portion is just perfect for me and I love the fact that only has organic good quality ingredients.
