I use these on those days when I need to be alert and energetic. I don't drink alcohol. However, I do have a very physical job that requires concentration and focus. This is my go to help when I am just too tired to give my all. I feel a difference in under 30 minutes. The effects last several hours, and I have had no adverse reactions either from the contents or the sticky patch itself.

They actually work! Especially in terms of hard workout recovery!! I don’t truly know if they would help for a hangover because I never get them, but they are great for physical recovery!! I’ve seen a few pre/post drinking aids around the world and these are comparable in terms of the ingredients, so if you want it for that - give it a go!

These are great! Just apply before bed if you’ve indulged and the headaches are intercepted! I don’t drink all that much so I’m a lightweight. These help. Highly recommend.

Nice packaging, good size you can toss it in your bag and it doesn’t take much space. I was exited to test it with all the good comments, I have to say that I still didn’t try it. I will come back with more feedback after I’ll test it .
