The quality is very good. I take daily as a supplement to promote my eyecare. Chelate is suppose to be the best form of zinc and absorbed in body well.
I liked that they were capsules. I was advised to buy zinc chelate and it’s easy to swallow 100mg. 2 tablets. Reasonable price & larger size good . I will find out from my next blood test if they have helped .
