Luteolin with Rutin, 120 Capsules

I was already taking rutin caps for better circulation and vein health, and when I saw that these were combined with luteolin, I figured it was much more economical and easy to take one cap instead of two. Hello my English is not that good but hope you will understand. This supplement is of a good quality composition and ingredients. No harmful fillers also. I use this substance with quercetin , ginseng, olive leaf, turmeric and CoQ10 in a anti aging routine . Very efficient . My skin is getting younger and also my body (organs muscles)

This is a high quality product. The capsules are small in size, and there is little taste to them. I used two capsules a day and found after three weeks the benefits were my energy at the gym and my recovery improved. I did some research on this product and recent research indicates Luteolin can repair damage to the Leydig cells in the testes. It is these cells that release testosterone in to the system. Some drugs are reported to cause damage to Leydig cells so it is great to find a natural product that repairs this damage. (See articles by LJ Martin 2024 and R Coulture 2020)

Seems to be reducing inflammation...which is really useful given that I have an inflammatory condition brought on by a recent viral infection. Well I say recent, over 2 years ago now. It seems to be making me feel better. So will continue to use and possibly optimise my dosage in the coming months (i.e. increase to 2x or 3x capsules daily. I'm currently taking 1x capsule daily).

Works well for allergies resulting from histamine intolerance, I tried celery Juice which is very helpful in Histamine intolerance but later researched that celery juice also has Luteolin so bought this supplement and it's working good, maybe the dosage could be a bit higher to make a real impact, have to take a couple of tablets to be effective

Th equality is good, but the dosage per capsule for managing mast cell activation is too small. I tested 1-4 capsules, and 4 capsules were close to the effect of liposomal quercetin dosage I'm taking. I hoped the bottle could last at least a month replacing quercetin, but unfortunately if taking 3 times a day as I need it lasts 10 days only.
