Bejng in Australia and purchasing many other forms of guafenesin which taste disgusting, need to take m at times a day and have other unnecessary ingredients, I was very happy to find these pure guafenesin tablets as recommended by my fertility dr to increase cervical mucous. Fingers crossed for a mucinex baby!
I brought this for the pregnancy purpose , within week i received the tablet, it was extremenly fast , and before the mentioned time it got delvered , but fingers crossed regarding the preganancy. hope for the best. very soon i will order these tablet some more. the medicine is also more effective and the packaging i have to say it was well pakcked . good services overall , worth value money.

I ordered it because i heard it helps with conceiving, i will use it and if it was effective, I will update this review later. UPDATE: DIDN’T WORK. Overall it doesn’t have a scent, the size of one tablet is huge.
This expectorant is very powerful, it helps keep my lungs clear in winter when im congested. the only downside is that after a couple of days, i developed a weird body odor which only went away when i discontinued taking the tablets. But it did what I wanted it to.
l bought it after the tik tok videos,got flue the week it arrived and it really works for colds and flu. For pregnancy maybe not.Will try it again
I have been getting sick with sinusitis every month for the past 3 months. Super stuffy nose and very thick boogers. Antibiotics didn’t help the first month, took the daytime/night time cold and flu tablets with Pseudoephedrine, but nothing was working and I needed to breath. Decided to try mucinex. I know it’s for a cough and what not but what did I have to lose. It helped a bit Reason for less stars is because it is pretty pricey.
The quality of the product is good.. Used to remove phlegm from the bronchi after covid and pneumonia. I don’t have a cough and the phlegm didn’t go away, there was a whistling sound in the bronchi. The benefit of the drug is that it helped me remove phlegm. I think more packaging is needed to get rid of the problem completely.
I caught a nasty virus just recently that was an upper respiratory covid/ flu hybrid ( or so it felt like!) Such viruses are often a slippery slope for my asthma and sinus issues. This is the first time I have tried mucinex and I am so happy/ relieved that it was able to effectively 'degunk' my head and chest when the virus was on the way out. Instead of things turning into a secondary infection which has happened so often in the past- I managed to then avoid steroids and antibiotics. Very happy to have avoided the path of darkness and will order again for sure!
I use it as alternative help in dealing with lipedema. Still trialling it.
