I am a Gym fanatic, I got injured and lost my gains, I started this HMB post-surgery and I thank for its quality and composition, now I do not feel bad for loosing my muscle, because, I still can see it. I highly recommend this as an anti-catabolic ingredient for your routine and the cost - benefit size for each package is the best you can get.
I would highly recommend it if you get the powder instead of the capsules and mix it with your creatine. Only if your body is able to handle this of course.
I like the quality and ingredients. good packaging no smell

This is my first time taking HMB supplement. I'm a hard gainer when it comes to muscle building. But after taking about 2 months, I noticed my body is able to build and retain muscle mass better.
I've been using this supplement for a while now, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. I noticed real improvements in my energy, overall well-being, and daily performance. The quality is excellent, and it’s clear that the formula is made with care and effectiveness in mind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable supplement that truly delivers results.
I’ve been using Nutricost’s HMB for a few weeks and I’m really impressed with the quality of this product. The ingredient is exactly what you want — pure HMB with no unnecessary additives, which speaks to the clean composition of the formula. The capsules are a manageable size, easy to take, and there’s no unpleasant taste, which is always a plus with fitness supplements. The package arrived in excellent condition, securely sealed, and clearly labeled with dosage instructions. Overall, this is a reliable and well-formulated HMB supplement that fits perfectly into my routine. Great value for the price and definitely a product I’d recommend for performance and recovery support.
