In Ukraine I used to make beetroot fresh juices, which are very good for immune system. Studies shown that beetroot has the potency against radiation-induced damage and it has the possibility as a radioprotective agent. Also it's antioxidant activity could reach to 88.44%. Now being abroad I miss my fresh a lot. And finding this powder is amazing. I mix it together with collagen, but maybe pure beetroot can be more effective. I hate beets (they taste like mud to me), but I want the nitric oxide benefit. Beet root powder solves the problem. I mix it into kimchi, which totally masks the flavor and adds a vivid red touch.
