I've been taking this White Poria Coccinea Extract supplement (700mg, 120 capsules with 350mg per capsule) for about 2 months now, and I haven't seen any dramatic results yet... But, I do feel like it might be helping with my allergy symptoms a bit? As for anti-aging and antioxidant effects, I think this product might take some time to kick in - so far, so good!
