Where shall I begin? Let's admit that soil for all foods is limited and has very little boron in them. So Boron supplementation is a must. I felt this Citrate Boron was the quality I needed. Boron helps with dropping SHBG so you get more free testosterone. It also is believed to help with bone mass and strength. Although, I'd be careful as too much boron for a long period of time could raise estrogen, hence this is one of those supplements which I consider to be a double-edged sword.
