I use this unulin powder to make L Reuteri yogurt in my yogurt maker and it works great, never any issues, I add 2TBSP to the L reuteri capsules and mix that together then add a little cream to mix that up and then add it to my yogurt maker with the rest of the cream, makes wonderful yogurt, its perfect
This organic prebiotic inulin powder is an excellent addition to a healthy diet, especially for those looking to support gut health and digestion. It has a mild, slightly sweet taste, making it easy to mix into smoothies, coffee, or baked goods without altering the flavor too much. As a natural fiber source, it helps promote regularity and feeds beneficial gut bacteria. However, beginners should start with small amounts to avoid digestive discomfort. Overall, a great choice for improving fiber intake and gut health naturally.
First time I have used Inulin. Nice packaging and excellent quality. Tastes nice. Seems to be a good brand. Purchased this brand to make my L. reuteri yoghurt. On to my 8th batch this week. Mixes well and very happy with the results. I will continue to buy this brand on a regular basis.

Just look at the price and realize how excellent purchase You can make with much lower price than other brands. This is a remarkable product with only one ingredient as organic source of FOS. Works miracles with making own yogurt as well as for healthy drinks. The taste is a little sweet but tastes high quality in all possible ways. Happy I found this for my daily consumption for clearly better price than my previous one!
This thing is so amazing. It tastes like cotton candy...so so so delicious. My autistic daughter likes it. Good quality, great ingredient and o very good source of fiber.
ok, I've been using this as I've seen great benefits after eating real sunchoke and it is not as good as the real deal of course. however, I've been making a super yoghurt where I mix this and befiticial bacteria and I've seen some difference. You just have to find what your gut needs :)
