Combine it with Jarrow Formulas Saccaromyces boulardii + MOS ... even my grandmother with proud 74 years now got a relief of her Candida albicans which she tried to get rid of abnormal concentrations of 6 x 10^7 since four years. Amazing product for somebody who s always suffering from yeast infections. I take two daily , it helps with the flora balance . Once I start having some itchiness I double the dose throughout the day . Highly recommended I have been using it for the last four years . So yeh girlie go for it especially if you re super sensitive down there .
