Very good and it is very decent for use and good pump for muscles

I have been using this for around a week, and fortunately, I have not faced any side effects. It does seem to have helped me reduce my blood pressure, but it's still too soon to see how much of an impact it has. It also can't replace all the other doc recommendations - reducing sodium intake, regular exercise, drink water, etc. So, it's probably better to use it only as a supplement rather than a replacement.

EV Lution L-Arginine Citrulline works well as a pre-workout supplement. I felt better blood flow and slightly more stamina during training. Mixes easily and tastes okay, though not amazing. Not a miracle pump, but definitely noticeable improvement in performance. Would recommend and give it 4 stars.

During my most recent doctor visit, I found that my blood pressure had improved. I am on meds for it, but it still usually stayed a little higher than before I started supplementing with this product. I also appear more "vascular".
