Good CFU count for the price. I rarely see 60 Bill CFU in this price range. It has great ingredient strains of probiotics. Noticed benefits with bloating after about 5 days. Size is easy to swallow. FOS is added to help the probiotic blend. Overall great supplement. Wish it had a few Bifidobacterium lactis strains but can always add that on.
I found these were good to take while I was on antibiotics and even a little bit before. I stopped popping diarrhea and my stools actually started to form as whole pieces. I'm not sure if it's due to the acid resistant capsules or not, but they worked better than other probioitcs.
LOVE how I can take one on empty stomach for maximum absorption. I also agree with another customer, who pointed out in their review how rare it is to see 60B at this price point. I have had chronic constipation and digestive issues, so I am happy to invest in this formula for its benefit. Gut health is where everything starts!

One of the best supplements out there! Recommend after antibiotic but make sure to consult your doctor first. It’s really good for the gut health and digestion it benefits the gut specifically after antibiotics! The quality and packaging all great and highly recommended! There is no taste since you will swallow right away
I used this supplement after taking antibiotics, as my digestion was completely out of balance. After about a week, my digestion improved, and by the time I finished the supplement, everything was back to normal — with the added bonus of clearer skin.
