I have been using Red Mills products for my baking and have not been disappointed so far. The quality of their products is good and they mix well with other ingredients in my batter. The texture of the products is fine and they always turn out perfect. Moreover, I find that this brand is a healthier choice for me compared to others available in the market.
Works as intended. Will be buying again. Bobs is a staple in our kitchen just for their quality products. I generally have to hunt in person to buy their items, an glad they are sold on iherb.

A recent medical diagnosis has caused my family to need to alter their diet a bit. We make homemade pizza several times a month and I started using this recently as a move towards going as low gluten as we can. We don't see any difference in comparison to regular yeast and the fam could not be happier. Pizza is still on the menu!
I think this is good quality as as it works on my breads. Bob's Red Mill is a brand I trust and I think their ingredients are top grade.
I made ciabatta bread using this yeast, btw I’ve never used an active dry yeast before, I’ve only worked with sourdough starter. And this yeast got activated in 5 minutes. I used 7g with 200ml room temperature water, and 15g honey. So far, I don’t have any digestion issues after eating this bread. The dough was so bubbly and fluffy. I really am enjoying baking with this product!

The quality of this yeast is very good, I use it for making cakes and bread, the ingredients is very pure and simple, just the dry yeast itself,the package good that you can reseal it after use, the taste is nice for baking bread and cakes, making bread and kick yourself better for yourself,
Please see my other two reviews above to know why I give this (regretfully) only four stars instead of five. Wish they could bring the price down a bit, but I am sure Bob's Red Mill does the best they can in these inflationary times, and this last for YEARS when refrigerated.
