These gummies are not too big or too small; about the size of a Rollo candy. They taste absolutely delicious and they are not grainy like some others. Plus you get 7 g of fiber from only 3 Gummies! I like the quality of the ingredients. And they are appropriate for most age ranges. The packaging on the bottle comes well sealed, but it is easy to open. I think we are on our third or fourth bottle of these and they are really helping! We will continue to purchase them.

Literally the amount of fiber in these gummies are the highest I could find aming other products, tastes a bit weird but 7 g of fiber is the best to help reach your fiber intake (daily). I have no constipation after taking it, helps gut health and if you struggle with fiber intake.

These fiber gummies are perfect for my daily intake of fiber.
