I have been taking the 2000 IU type from this company and the improvement was shown on my blood tests. both the peach and strawberry are great, not too sweet or artificial. the only problem I had with vitamatic is when counting the gummies, I always had less than 120 (by 3-5), but Iherb reimbursed me for it.
