I tried these for myself and my adult children as we're all neurodivergent and struggle with sleep cues and quality. I'm not looking back. We will continue to buy these. We do take a break from them every so often when we run out if we haven't purchased in time, and while the break is good to have, it definitely shows the difference in our quality of sleep, on and off it. These gummies have a nice taste and texture. I'm particular about gummy texture. They're firm, not sticky, but not hard either. They have a pleasant berry taste and work well. I like that I can take 1 or 2 depending on what I need.

This sleep melatonin in terms of taste has a nice berry flavor, it is not too sweet. I used this specifically because it has a lower dosage and it does give me a restful sleep. The size and quantity is pretty nice for the amount you pay. Pretty quality ingredients. It does benefit your relaxation.
