I’ve been using this probiotic for about a month now. My digestion definitely feels more regular, and I notice less bloating after meals. I didn’t see dramatic weight loss, but I do feel less ‘puffy’ overall. It’s easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach. A bit expensive, but feels like a quality product
